Saeshin engineers, having approached the issue of developing this configuration very seriously, having studied in detail all the minor shortcomings of the long-known Strong 210, managed to create a modernized version of the unit and micromotor with a completely different, revolutionary milling machine clamping mechanism "2S System".

The milling machine is produced in South Korea under different names, the name depends on the market for which it is intended. "Strong 211/H400ru" is shipped only to the territory of the Russian Federation, and in the EU countries the same milling machine is called "Strong B135/H400". Such division and binding to the market of a certain name almost completely eliminates smuggling. The great advantage of this milling machine, at the moment, is the absence of Chinese fakes, since it is a novelty.

The control unit of the Strong B135/H400 milling machine, like its "older brother" - the 210th, has on board automatic protection systems against transformer overload, as well as a separate fuse for additional protection of the internal components of the unit.

The main difference between the B135 unit and the 210th is the original, ergonomic design, which complements the interior of the workplace of a professional manicure and pedicure master. The white, matte color with neutral dark inserts on the control panel looks great both in beauty salons and in the home - for beginner masters who use the tool for work at home.

The main interest is the H400 handle, because it is not for nothing that they say that the micromotor is an extension of the master's hand. Accordingly, maximum comfort in work should be ensured. The new generation of Strong handles is designed taking into account the increased requirements of nail service masters.

The design of the H400 tip is similar to the tip of brushless micromotors. Such micromotors are distinguished by reliability, high torque and balance of the collet assembly. With a relatively small increase in the weight of the handle, approximately + 10%, compared to the Strong 105l, a significant increase in torque is achieved, here it is 4 N * cm.

The micromotor has received a new cutter clamping system. Now, the collet clamp works on a different principle: to fully fix the nozzle, you need to turn the upper part of the micromotor twice (two clicks, not one). Such an engineering solution significantly increases the safety of work at ultra-high speeds.

The handle is equipped with four wear-resistant precision bearings, thanks to which not only a rotation speed of 40,000 rpm is achieved, but also very low levels of heat and noise - "Zero Vibration Technology". On average, these bearings will last much longer than bearings in conventional tips.

The increased thickness of the plastic on the walls of the case provides greater strength, which allows you to better protect the block from accidental mechanical impact. Although the block has become more stable, this did not have a significant impact on its weight and dimensions. If compared with the 210th block, the difference in weight is only 30 grams, and the dimensions of both blocks are almost identical.

In terms of functional features, the B135th block is similar to the 210th. On the sides of the case are the same toggle switches: "on/off", "HAND/FOOT", reverse, connectors for connecting power, a micromotor and a pedal. Very pleased with the ability to disconnect the power cord when transporting the unit, which is not available in the Strong 210. On the back of the device is a pencil case for cutters - technological holes for installing attachments in a vertical position. Like all Strong power supplies, it also has a standard output voltage of DC 0-32 V and a maximum load current of 2 A, power 125 W. When using the pedal, it is important to know that you control the power supply to the micromotor, you can only adjust the speed with your hand on the unit.

The set (control unit and micromotor handle) is supplied in a cardboard, glossy box. Inside are: a micromotor with a serial number on the package, a stand for the tip in the unit, a power cable, a passport, a certificate of conformity, replaceable carbon brushes and of course the control unit itself - necessarily with a serial number. It is worth noting that the micromotor handle is packed in an additional cardboard box, which greatly simplifies the transportation process.
